Bachmann Refuses Hearings on TABOR

One of the issues Michele Bachmann ran on was the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights (TABOR). She has introduced TABOR legislation in the Senate and when tax chair, Larry Pogemiller gave her the opportunity to have her legislation heard, she turned him down. A Dump Bachmann reader in Pogemiller's district wrote Pogemiller to ask about this, and Pogemiller sent him this in response. Senator Bachmann was also absent from the hearing that Rep. Phil Krinkie held about the Anoka County Stadium Tax. Despite her claims, taxes is not an issue she seems to spend time or political capitol on.
