They ran this story --click through the slide show, past the picture of Joe Leiberman; Bachmann's on page 3 of 11. This was published before the Chris Matthews interview ran. (The interview where she called for an investigation into anti-Americanism in Congress.)
National media outside the state has no problem identifying Bachmann as one of the worst members of Congress. Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews, Bob Herbert, the View, the Today Show, etc. can all see that this person's a paranoid demagogue in office, and they report that.
All you have to do is look at her record of extremist statements in office, and report. Those statements are documented, out of her own mouth and recorded on audio and video. The local media here in Minnesota still won't do that; that's how she got into office and why she's still there. |
